BetterWorks raises $20 million for its progress-tracking tool

Emergence Capital led a $20 million investment for BetterWorks, the startup announced today. BetterWorks’ software helps enterprises to manage and track their employees’ progress. Its customers include AOL, Airbnb, and Shutterstock.
